Sponsors, tickets and billing — all your event's money, in one place
A real sponsors kanban by tier, Ticketmaster-level ticket verification, and your own Stripe account collecting directly — never a hidden fee, never a separate billing spreadsheet.
A real pipeline, not a list of logos
Prospect → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal sent → Negotiation → Verbal → Won — the Sponsors kanban tracks each account with its real amount and tier, not just the company name. Define your own sponsorship tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver...) with price and benefits configurable per event.

Ticketmaster-level verification, on your own platform
Every ticket carries a QR code that rotates like a two-factor authentication code — impossible to screenshot and reuse. Check-in works without internet at the door, with a high-demand queue for mass sales and Apple/Google wallets. Configure as many ticket types as you need, with their own price and quota.
Your own Stripe account, collecting directly
Aluna uses Stripe Connect in direct-charge mode — the money from your tickets and sponsorships goes straight to your account, never to an Aluna account. The Finance dashboard brings together ticket sales, sponsorship contracts and pending billing per event, with real export for your accountant.
About sponsorship and tickets
Does ticket money pass through an Aluna account?
No — we use Stripe Connect in direct-charge mode: the money goes straight to your own Stripe account, never touching an Aluna account.
How does Aluna prevent fake ticket resale?
Every ticket carries a QR code that rotates just like a two-factor authentication code — the code shown a few seconds ago no longer works, so a screenshot can't be reused at the door.
Are sponsorship tiers configurable?
Yes, you define your own tiers (e.g. Platinum, Gold, Silver) with their own price and benefits, and the Sponsors kanban follows the full pipeline from prospect to won contract.
