An assistant that executes, not just answers
Larry isn't an FAQ chatbot. It creates, moves and sends real things inside your account — with confirmation before any irreversible action and undo for almost everything — proactively audits your venue plan's capacity and emergency exits, and searches and recommends speakers or vendors by describing what you need in plain language.

Four modes, one assistant
🔎 Search
Find boards, contacts and notes by name or content — the same ⌘K that opens everything else.
✨ Ask
Ask your data in plain language — Larry answers with your account's real sources, it doesn't make things up.
📊 Data
Dashboard metrics and widgets built with plain language, no formula required.
⚡ Action
Create sessions, move sponsors between stages, send emails — with confirmation before anything irreversible.
Review your venue before anyone else notices
Larry audits your declared capacity against the plan's real area, and verifies emergency exits stay clear after every layout change — before it becomes a fire-marshal finding on event day.
Describe the speaker, don't search by name
"I need someone who speaks about AI in manufacturing, with experience speaking in Mexico" — Larry searches your Contacts CRM and its own semantic base to recommend who to reach out to first.
About Larry
Can Larry make changes without my confirmation?
Not for irreversible actions — Larry asks for confirmation before sending mass emails, deleting information or moving money, and almost everything it does can be undone afterward.
Does Larry have access to other Aluna customers' data?
No — Larry only sees your own organization's data, isolated by tenant just like the rest of the platform.
Do I need to set anything up to use Larry?
Larry uses the AI provider you connect under Settings → AI (17 compatible providers, with your own key) — without a connected provider, Larry can't answer questions, but the rest of Aluna works the same.
